Project Management
Manage the establishment of sixty Justice Centres for the Legal Aid Board throughout South Africa. Design & implement Access to Justice Legal Internship Project which aimed to provide internships to some of the 2000 legal graduates emerging from law schools so that the state could get some return on the substantial return in their tertiary education. I was privileged to meet a slew of stupendous people doing this human rights work, amongst them Justice Chaskalson, Odette Geldenhuys, Cheryl Gilwald, Kate Savage, Willem de Klerk and all the others. Really inspiring.
